Step 1: What is your practice worth?
We use a mathematical formula to determine the fair market value of your practice. We utilize “collections to asking price” and “cash flow asset assignment” as well as goodwill and other factors to decide what your best and most realistic asking price should be. Value is defined as what a seller is willing to sell for and what a buyer is willing to pay for it. With that being said, the selling price must be fair and our formulas will create a nice package for you to sell your practice quickly. Knowing this a seller is step 1.
Step 2: Lets analyze your practice.
Complete the “PRACTICE ANALYSIS”. The practice analysis is lengthy and you may not know all of the information requested. Do not panic! Just do the best that you can to answer the questions and fill in the blanks – this is a starting point, NOT the final factor determining your practice worth.
Step 3: Submit your practice analysis.
After completion of the “PRACTICE ANALYSIS”, please fax it to the fax number listed on our contacts page.
Step 4: What's next?
After we receive payment for the “PRACTICE ANALYSIS”, and review, formulate, and draft a fair market value of your practice, we will submit our findings to you and arrange a telephone conference to discuss our findings, the sale, and the next actions to take to sell your clinic quickly. All in all, once we receive your completed “PRACTICE ANALYSIS” and have a telephone conference, we can list your practice and sell it quickly for you.
